As the founder of Arch Angels 3V3 Basketball, Coach Mesho offers an unparalleled 45 years of comprehensive basketball experience, from grassroots player to semi-pro league commissioner. Her deep understanding of the game is rooted in a decorated playing career that includes a city-wide middle school championship, three consecutive state playoff appearances, which includes playing on the #1 ranked high school team in the USA.
A High School All-American, Coach Mesho's grit and skill earned her a full athletic scholarship to the University of Kansas. There, she was a team captain, leading the Jayhawks to a conference championship, two consecutive conference tournament titles, and two NCAA Tournament second round appearances.
GOD’S grace opened more doors within the game allowing her expertise to continue to grow and develop beyond playing the game. Coach Mesho's has served as a coach and official at the high school, collegiate, and semi-pro levels. Her leadership acumen was further demonstrated through her ownership of a women's semi-pro franchise and her subsequent roles as Mid-West Regional Manager and Commissioner of the Women's Blue Chip Basketball League.
Coach Mesho's commitment to player development is proven and measurable. She is the #1 ranked Basketball Skill Developer in Missouri and is in the top 2% of all basketball trainers nationally on the CoachUp platform. With over a 1,000 training hours and 880 coaching sessions completed, she maintains an exceptional 4.98-star rating and a high client loyalty rate. Her authority in the sport has also led to opportunities as a Color Commentator for STL TV calling the MSHSAA girls and boys playoff games as well as the Harris-Stowe State University men's and women's basketball games.
